Shark Coast FC – Terms & Conditions (Vivenu Ticketing)
1. General Admission & Entry
All tickets purchased through our official ticketing platform (powered by vivenu) grant admission to the specified event only.
A valid ticket must be presented for entry (digital or printed).
Entry is subject to venue capacity and safety regulations.
Shark Coast FC reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual for misconduct, safety concerns, or violation of venue rules.
2. Event Changes & Cancellations
All events are subject to change.
Dates, times, and locations may be modified due to weather, league scheduling, or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of cancellation:
Tickets may be transferred to a rescheduled date, or
A refund or credit may be issued at the club’s discretion.
3. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.
No refunds for missed events, late arrivals, or change of personal plans.
Refunds will only be considered if:
An event is officially canceled (not rescheduled), or
Required by applicable law.
4. Payment Plans (If Applicable)
If a payment plan is selected:
The purchaser agrees to complete all scheduled payments.
Failure to complete payments may result in:
Cancellation of tickets
Loss of access without refund of prior payments
5. Seating & Access
General Admission seating is first come, first served unless otherwise specified.
Reserved or premium seating areas are strictly enforced.
Ticket holders must sit in the designated section purchased.
6. Code of Conduct
By attending a Shark Coast FC event, all guests agree to:
Respect players, referees, staff, and other spectators
Avoid abusive language, disruptive behavior, or unsafe actions
Follow all venue rules and staff instructions
Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
7. Photography & Media Release
By attending a Shark Coast FC event, you consent to:
Being photographed, filmed, or recorded
Use of your likeness for promotional, marketing, and media purposes
No compensation will be provided for such use.
8. Liability Waiver
Attendance is at your own risk.
Shark Coast FC, its affiliates, staff, and partners are not responsible for:
Personal injury
Lost, stolen, or damaged property
Incidents beyond reasonable control
9. Family-Friendly Environment
Shark Coast FC is committed to providing a safe, positive, and family-friendly environment.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times.
Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event.
10. Vendor & Third-Party Services
Vendors operate independently during events.
Shark Coast FC is not responsible for transactions, products, or services provided by third-party vendors.
11. Ticket Resale & Transfer
Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without permission.
Unauthorized resale may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
Ticket transfers may be allowed through the official platform.
12. Weather Policy
Events will proceed rain or shine unless deemed unsafe.
Delays may occur due to lightning or severe weather.
No refunds for weather delays unless the event is fully canceled.
13. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
